PROGRAMS

One Supplier for Every Place You Serve Coffee

Guest room coffee, lobby service, banquet urns, and restaurant outlets each have different equipment, different volume, and different guest expectations. They do not need different suppliers. Working from one roaster means the flavor profile holds across the property, ordering consolidates onto fewer purchase orders, and there is one number to call when something is short.

In-Room Coffee Programs

In-room coffee operates under constraints nothing else on the property shares. The brewer is inexpensive by design, the guest has no training, and there is no second chance to fix a bad cup. A blend that performs well through a commercial batch brewer can fall apart in a four-cup unit at quarter to six in the morning.

We build in-room programs around the equipment already in the room rather than asking you to change it. That means roast profiles and grind specifications developed for low-flow brewers, packaging that opens without scissors, and dosing consistent enough that the twelfth room tastes like the first.

  • Fraction packs and four-cup pouches for standard in-room brewers
  • Single-serve pods for pod-equipped rooms and suites
  • Regular, decaf, and tea in matching packaging
  • Custom-printed sleeves and pillow packs carrying your brand or the property’s
  • Creamer, sugar, stir sticks, and cups on the same shipment

Because printing and packing happen in house, a brand refresh or a change of flag does not turn into a six-month packaging project.

Lobby and Grab-and-Go Coffee Service

Lobby coffee has quietly become a revenue line rather than a courtesy. Properties that once set out an urn now run a small retail program with paid specialty drinks, branded cups, and a morning rush that behaves like a café. That changes what the coffee has to do, because it is being poured in front of the guest, in daylight, a few feet from the front desk.

We supply lobby and marketplace programs with whole bean and ground coffee for batch brewers, bean-to-cup blends specified for the machines you run, cold brew, and hot and iced teas. Volume forecasting and par levels get set during the build, not discovered after the first stockout.

Banquet, Meeting, and Catering Coffee

Banquet coffee is a logistics problem wearing a beverage costume. It gets brewed early, held, transported, and served at temperature to a room full of people who will judge the entire event by it. Run short and someone is refilling mid-session. Overbrew and you are pouring product down a drain.

We work with banquet and catering teams on pre-measured filter packs sized to your urns, decaf ratios based on your actual event mix rather than a rule of thumb, iced tea and juice concentrates for lunch service, and packaging consistent enough that a new banquet server does not have to guess at the dose.

Restaurant, Bar, and Café Outlets

Hotel food and beverage outlets compete with the independent coffee shop two blocks away, and guests notice the difference. Outlet coffee usually needs a different roast profile, a different grind, and often a different bean than what goes upstairs.

We supply outlets with espresso and whole bean for manual and super-automatic machines, small-batch roasted blends matched to the menu, cold brew for high-volume iced service, ready-to-drink bottles for grab-and-go coolers, and hot and iced tea. Everything comes from the same roaster, so the flavor story stays coherent from the guest room to the bar.

Private Label and Matched Blends for Hotel Brands

Private label coffee is one of the more common reasons hotel brands call us. If your standards call for a proprietary blend, we develop it with you rather than handing you a catalog. Our sourcing and roasting teams start from a sample of what you serve today, or from a flavor target you describe, and work through cupping rounds until the profile is right.

  • Matched blends. Send us your current coffee and we reverse-engineer the profile, so changing suppliers does not become a guest-facing change.
  • Proprietary formulations. Built from origin selection up, and owned as part of your brand.
  • Branded packaging. Designed and printed in house across fraction packs, pods, bags, and boxes.
  • Portfolio tiering. Different specifications for select service, full service, and luxury flags, drawn from one supply chain.

How a Hospitality Coffee Program Comes Together

  • Step 1: Cup what you serve now

We taste your current coffee alongside candidate profiles. If the goal is changing suppliers without changing the guest experience, this is the step that determines whether that is achievable.

  • Step 2: Match the format to each space

Guest room, lobby, banquet, and outlet each get their own specification. Grind, dose, packaging, case configuration, and any branded print work are settled here, against the equipment you already run.

  • Step 3: Pilot before you roll out

We start at one property or a small cluster and watch the program through a full service week, including the slow Tuesday afternoon and the Saturday morning rush. Multi-property groups almost always find something worth adjusting, and it is cheaper to find it at one property than at forty.

  • Step 4: Supply, support, and review

Ordering, forecasting, and delivery run through one point of contact who knows your account. Usage and quality get reviewed on a set cadence rather than when something goes wrong.

A Scalable Lobby Coffee Program for Guest Supply

Guest Supply’s sales consultants manage more than 30,000 SKUs across categories. Expecting them to also become experts in commercial coffee systems, equipment, and service logistics was not realistic. Diplomat built a lobby coffee program their team could sell and support without becoming coffee specialists.

Who We Supply

  • National and regional hotel brands
  • Hotel management companies and ownership groups
  • Resorts, casinos, and conference centers
  • Extended stay and select service portfolios
  • Amenity and hospitality supply distributors

Programs run nationwide from our U.S. roasting and packaging facility, which is what allows a single hotel coffee supplier to hold one specification across a portfolio spread over several regions.
