Formats for Every Account on Your Route
An operator’s account list is never one type of office. The ten-person office on a traditional brewer, the two-hundred-person floor on single-serve, and the corporate campus with bean-to-cup machines and a cold brew tap all need different formats, ideally in the same coffee.

Private Label Coffee for Your Operation
A private label program works when it covers the whole account, not one SKU. An office that drinks your house blend from the brewer, your pods from the single-serve machine, and your cold brew from the tap is an office that associates the coffee with you.
- House blends. Developed with you from origin selection up, and owned by your brand.
- Matched blends. If you are changing roasters, send us what you sell now and our sourcing and roasting teams cup against it until the profile matches, so your accounts do not notice the switch.
- Tiered lines. A value blend for price-sensitive accounts and a premium line for the offices that want to impress, under one operator brand and drawn from one supply chain.
- Decaf, tea, and flavored options. Matched to your brand so the whole lineup looks like one program.
- Packaging. Confirm which packaging and printing steps happen in house before describing the branding process in detail.
Built for Where OCS Is Heading
Office coffee service is not just coffee anymore. Operators are adding pantry service, micro markets, vending, and cold beverages to replace the volume lost when offices got smaller, and every new category means another vendor to manage. Consolidating coffee, tea, cold brew, ready-to-drink, and condiments with one manufacturer keeps that vendor list shorter and puts your brand on more of what the account buys.
Seasonal Blends and New Products
A seasonal blend or a new cold brew gives your reps a reason to call accounts that have not heard from you in a while. Because sourcing, roasting, and packing happen in one place, new products move on a sales calendar rather than a supplier’s. Here is how we shorten the path from idea to shipped product.
What to Ask Any Roaster Before You Private Label
Operators who have been through a private label launch tend to screen roasters on the same short list. Here it is, along with how we answer each point.
Quality and consistency
Can the roaster hold the same profile run after run, across every format? We roast and pack under one roof, which keeps a blend consistent whether it ships as a fractional pack or a whole bean bag.
Product range
Can one roaster cover every format your accounts use? Our range covers whole bean, ground, fractional and filter packs, pods, bag-in-box, liquid concentrate, and ready-to-drink, plus tea and allied products.
Certifications
Your larger accounts will ask what stands behind the coffee, so find out early which certifications they expect. We go through your accounts’ requirements with you in the first conversation, before any blend work starts, so the line is built to meet them from day one.
Track record and references
Ask any roaster how long its team has been doing this and whether it has worked through channels like yours. Our team brings over 100 years of combined experience in coffee sourcing and roasting, and our distributor work includes a lobby coffee program that Guest Supply’s sales team sells across its accounts.
Minimums and freight
Route economics live or die on landed cost, so compare roasters on freight and order size, not just price per pound. Minimums and freight are set per program based on your formats and order cadence, and we lay them out in the first proposal so you can see the full landed cost before you commit.
Who owns the blend
A private label line only protects your accounts if it stays yours. Ask how exclusivity works before you sign. A house blend we develop with you is built for your brand, and the profile is yours to keep.
How a Private Label Program Comes Together
-
Step 1: Define the line
We start with your account mix and what you sell today, then decide how many tiers, blends, and flavors the line needs. Most operators launch smaller than they expect and expand once the first blends are moving.
-
Step 2: Cup and approve
Our sourcing and roasting teams build candidate profiles and cup them with you until each blend is right.
-
Step 3: Match formats to accounts
Each blend is specified for the formats your accounts need, with case configurations that fit your warehouse and your trucks.
-
Step 4: Launch and reorder
After first production, reorders run on a cadence tied to your sales, through one point of contact who knows your line.
Why Operators Work With Diplomat
- We are the manufacturer. Sourcing, roasting, packing, and distribution sit under one roof.
- Direct origin relationships. Growers and exporters across more than 25 coffee-producing countries.
- One line, every format. Your brand from the fractional pack to the cold brew tap.
- Support your reps can sell with. Your sales team carries hundreds of SKUs and cannot be coffee specialists too. We have built programs for exactly that situation, including a lobby coffee program that Guest Supply’s sales team sells across its accounts.
- Responsible sourcing. Increasingly asked about by office accounts. Here is what sustainable sourcing involves in practice.
Looking for Coffee Service for Your Own Office?
We do not deliver coffee service directly to individual offices. Our coffee reaches workplaces through the local office coffee service operators who install brewers, restock the breakroom, and service the equipment.
questions
Operator Questions We Get Most
Do you sell office coffee service directly to offices?
No. We manufacture coffee for operators and do not compete with them for office accounts.
Can you match the house blend we sell now?
Yes. Send us a sample and our sourcing and roasting teams cup against it until the profile matches, so changing roasters does not change the coffee your accounts are used to.
Can one private label line cover every format our accounts use?
Yes. The same blend can be packed as fractional packs for traditional brewers, whole bean for bean-to-cup machines, and retail bags for micro markets, with cold brew, tea, and condiments available alongside.
Do you supply cold brew for offices?
Yes. Cold brew and iced coffee come in bag-in-box and liquid concentrate for dispensers, and in ready-to-drink bottles for micro markets and pantry coolers.
Can you support our sales team?
That is part of how we build programs. Operator and distributor reps sell across hundreds of products, so the coffee line needs to be easy to explain and easy to sell. The Guest Supply program described above was built on that principle.
Let's Talk About Your Coffee Program
Tell us how many properties you operate, what you pour now, and where the current program is falling short. We will come back with a specification and a realistic timeline, not a sales deck.
